Is it possible to stream from any location ?

As long as you are connected to the internet with an encoder that supports RTMP, you should be good to go. 

That said, things to keep in mind are your connection speed. In general, you will want an upload speed that is double (or at least 25% more of) what you plan to stream at. Wired is generally better than wireless too, due to drops in performance in the latter, but both can be used.
